We offer full annual, and 5-yearly service/inspection of lifeboats, rescue boats, davits, winches, release gears, and liferaft davit systems. Our certified engineers ensure that each launching appliance and recovery system is fully operational and compliant with IMO/SOLAS guidelines. Functional load testing, grease replacement, wire rope condition checks, and release mechanism inspections are conducted with strict attention to safety standards.

We carry out periodic servicing, hydrostatic testing, recharge & visual inspection (internal & external) of cylinders. This includes valve testing, pressure integrity checks, and refilling with breathable air. Our testing ensures these critical life-saving units function reliably during fire or gas-related emergencies onboard.

Our experts perform annually and make recommendations thorough liferaft inspections, including unpacking, inflation test, leak detection, emergency pack inventory check, and repacking in compliance with IMO, SOLAS, and flag state regulations. We maintain required approved test facilities and certified spare parts.

We inspect, clean, test, and refill medical oxygen cylinders to ensure safe, uninterrupted medical gas supply onboard. This includes valve integrity testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and recharging with certified medical-grade oxygen.

We offer complete servicing of Fixed CO₂ Fire Extinguishing Systems, including weight checks, leakage tests, pipework inspection, control panel testing, and system discharge simulation. Our service ensures the entire CO₂ system is ready to perform during emergencies and meets IMO and Class requirements.

We service all types of fire extinguishers, including dry chemical powder, foam, water spray, CO₂, Halotron, and clean agent types. Our technicians conduct pressure checks, refill operations, valve inspections, and labeling — ensuring extinguishers are compliant and ready for use at any time.

We offer calibration and maintenance for gas detectors, both portable and fixed systems. Our services include sensor testing, alarm verification, span gas application, and calibration certificate issuance. This is essential for detecting and responding to hazardous gases such as H₂S, CO, CH₄, and O₂ levels onboard.

We offer Marine Shore & Offshore Load Test services to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Our testing covers Deck Cranes, Engine Room Cranes, Provision & Cargo Gears, Beams, Davits, Grantag, Monorail Cranes, as well as Shackles, Wires, Chains, Lifting Belts, Chain Hoists, and other lifting accessories. We also provide certified load test equipment including calibrated weights and tools, delivering accurate results that help maintain operational safety and meet statutory requirements.

We supply, install, and service Marine Radio & Navigation Equipment to ensure vessel safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Our expertise covers AIS, EPIRB, SART, GMDSS systems (MF/HF, VHF, SSAS), VDR, Pilot Radars, Gyro Compass, Magnetic Compass, and Auto Pilot Systems.
